“Tim/Kilcran built our house in Moyvalley. I was actively involved throughout the build and he and his team were both a pleasure to work with and also kept the site in pristine condition. Tim is a great man to answer the phone and was always very easy to contact, and whilst he’s well capable of getting anything done, he has absolutely no problem meeting specific requirements as they arise as well. Ours was a low energy build and so attention to detail was key throughout – I’m very happy to say that we’ve achieved an A2 build with no solar installed, and this will rise to A1 once this happens. Many people I’ve spoken to ask if I would consider going the self-build route again and are generally surprised when I say that I would; that’s a testament in itself to how easy these guys are to work with.”
